| Beth Carmichael
| Beth has been practicing corporate commercial law for over 14 years, working with some of the largest financial services organisations and law firms in both North America and Australia (including Allens Arthur Robinson and Gilbert & Tobin). Beth has extensive experience in banking, finance, and private equity and has played a lead role in numerous complex corporate commercial transactions involving both large multi-national corporations and small to medium sized enterprises.

| Mark has 12 years experience in corporate law working primarily in the private equity field. Mark has worked in top tier legal practices in both the UK and Australia, joining Nova from Minter Ellison's private equity group. Mark has extensive experience in private treaty mergers and aquisitions, IPOs, MBOs, private and venture capital investment and corporate advisory work. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Mark worked as a corporate finance analyst for a major US bank in London and New York.

| Annick has over 20 years experience as a commercial and intellectual property lawyer, practicing in all areas of IP in Australia and overseas.
Annick has worked for some of the worlds leading law firms and was head of the intellectual property registration and management practice of Gilbert + Tobin from 1997 to 2000. Annick has also headed the intellectual property department of large law firm in Hong Kong and is fluent in French.

| Geraldine has over 9 years experience in commercial and property law practicing both in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to joining Nova, Geraldine worked at Gilbert & Tobin and has extensive experience in commercial and property transactions including all property aspects of major business acquisitions and sales, property due diligence, complex sale-lease back arrangements through to general commercial, industrial and hotel leasing, waste management property issues and telecommunications base station leasing. Prior to practicing law Geraldine lived in Japan utilizing her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Japanese.

| Gordon is a qualified Irish solicitor and joins the Nova team as a junior corporate lawyer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his traineeship in Ireland Gordon received international experience in corporate, commercial, litigation and employment law having worked for some time in a leading Irish law firm. He is currently completing his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in Australia.

| James Eveling has over 10 years experience in corporate commercial law. James qualified in London and practiced in Australia for 4 years, first with Gilbert & Tobin and then with Nova Legal. He returned to the UK in 2004 to head up the corporate practice of a leading regional law firm and is now Managing Director of Eveling Legal and Advisory which is based in the UK. He advises Nova's clients on a range of cross border legal services in relation to English law.

| Peter is a recognised industry expert in corporate regulation and risk management. He has over 20 years experience in the area. Peter was previously a director of KPMG's risk advisory practice. Peter's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Peter brings to Nova's client a wealth of practical experience gained from the coal face in assisting companies to identify corporate governance issues and implement solutions which are designed to last.

| Chris has over 20 years experience in corporate law focussing on public capital raising and ASX listings. He has also been a director of a number of public listed companies and CEO of a listed mining company. He brings both legal expertise and a practical “hands-on” approach to the practice of law.

|  | | Ishita Sethi
| Ishita joined Nova as a Junior Solicitor to pursue a long term career in the corporate and commercial field of law. Prior to joining Nova, Ishita worked in-house counsel with one of the largest retail groups in Australia. In that capacity she advised on commercial litigation, corporate and compliance, intellectual property, trade marks, competition and property matters. In addition to her Bachelor of Laws degree, she holds a Commerce degree both of which she obtained at the University of New South Wales. She is currently in the process of completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
