Senior Corporate Roles

As part of our strategy and due to the rapid growth of the firm, Nova is looking to expand our team in the following areas:
Partner: Corporate/commercial partner/team with an existing practice
Senior Associate: Corporate/commercial senior associate with at least 5 years PQE
We have a fully flexible approach to remuneration and acknowledge that to get the best people, we have to be creative with our rewards strategies. The packages for successful candidates in both the partner category and the senior associate category is subject to negotiation and can include any of the following:
